 Strategic Planning

All new leaders come into office with a plan to turn campaign promises into concrete government action. In order to quickly and effectively commit to these promises, executives need a roadmap, or a strategic plan. Strategic planning provides leaders and their teams with a formal plan for handling and executing priorities. It can also help promote reflective decision-making or adjustments to a plan should unexpected events arise. Developing strategic plans also improves communication and executive operations, whereby staff and leadership are moving along coordinated efforts together.
